We only collect data necessary to provide analytics and reporting functionality:
From social media platforms (via their official APIs):
- Public page/profile metrics (reach, impressions, engagement rates)
- Post performance data
- Audience demographic data (aggregated, not at the individual level)
- Account identifiers and access tokens required to authenticate with each platform
Directly from you:
- Name and email address upon registration or inquiry
- Any preferences or settings you configure in the App
We do not collect passwords, private messages, or any data beyond what is explicitly granted via the OAuth permissions you approve.
3. How we use your data
We use collected data solely to:
- Display analytics dashboards and reports in the App
- Authenticate your accounts with connected platforms
- Improve the App's functionality
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
4. Third-party platforms
The App integrates with the following platforms under their respective terms:
- Meta – Meta Platform Terms
- TikTok – TikTok Developer Terms
- LinkedIn – LinkedIn API Terms of Use
- X (Twitter) – X Developer Agreement
Access tokens from these platforms are stored securely and used solely to retrieve analytics data on your behalf. You can revoke access at any time via each platform's settings.
5. Data storage and security
Your data is stored securely. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Access tokens are encrypted at rest.
Data may be processed and stored within the EU/EEA in accordance with applicable Danish and European legislation.

As a user in Denmark or the EU, you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):
- Right of access – You can request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Right to rectification – You can have inaccurate data corrected
