1. About the App
This App is operated by a candidate affiliated with the Danish People's Party and is intended for managing and analyzing social media activity across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, and X (formerly Twitter).

2. User Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Permitted Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may use the App to:
- Connect your social media accounts and authorize data access
- View analytics and reporting dashboards for connected accounts
- Export reports for personal or campaign use
4. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App to violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
- Use the App to scrape, harvest, or collect data beyond what is expressly made available
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties
- Use the App in a manner that violates the terms of Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, or X
5. Third-Party Platform Compliance
The App integrates with third-party social media platforms via their official APIs. Your use of connected platforms remains subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for changes in third-party API access, data availability, or platform policies that may affect the App's functionality.
6. Account and Access Tokens
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and any access tokens granted to the App. You may revoke the App's access to a connected platform at any time via that platform's account settings.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App belong to the operator. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
8. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
- The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
- Analytics data will be complete, accurate, or up to date (data is retrieved from third-party APIs)
- The App will be available at all times
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Danish law, the operator shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or business interruption.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Danish law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
